Group of Companies "Mirrico" for the First Time in Russia Successfully Tested Turbulent Viscosity Reducing Additives on the Main Condensate
On February, 9th the pilot testing of turbulent viscosity reducing additive “M-Flowtreat” on a 700-kilometer long trunk condensate pipeline “Urengoy – Surgut” owned by LLC “Gazprom pererabotka” completed successfully. Works on the test reagent were carried out from January 23 in accordance with the approved program of Pilot Testing in cooperation with the company “Mirrico Service” (PTP Project) – technical expert Artem Yegorov and mechanical engineer Rishat Safuanov.

Participation in the Conference on the Development of Oil and Gas Industry
Representatives of the Group of Companies “Mirrico” - employees of BU Reagents for Drilling and Extraction (Senior specialist of sales of chemicals for drilling Anton Soroshkin, a specialist of sales of chemicals for oil production Denis Goryachikh, a specialist of sales of chemicals for oil production Aydar Khakimov, an engineer-chemist Vyacheslav Nikitin) and BU Service Industrial Processing Technologies (a leading specialist of the research Ramil Fazulzyanov) - took part in the 11th All-Russian scientific conference “Actual problems of oil and gas complex of Russia”. The event was held from January, 30 to February 1, 2012 in Moscow, hosted by Russian State Oil and Gas University named after Gubkin.

Kemira Delegation Visit to the Headquarters of the GC “Mirrico”
On January, 18-19 in 2012 the central office of the Group of companies “Mirrico" was visited by the delegation of representatives of Oil & Mining Division of the Finnish chemicals group Kemira. There was Irina Makurina – a regional sales manager of Oil & Mining in Russia and CIS and Joseph Bacherer – a sales manager for the direction of Mining, Russia and CIS, Juha Savolainen - a line Manager, Oil & Mining. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize with the activities of the Scientific-engineering center (SEC) and industry laboratories of the GC “Mirrico” as well as discussions on cooperation in the mining industry.

Director of the promoting department of a Business Unit Service of Water Circulation Systems and Metallurgy Alexey Bondarenko and development director Konstantin Losev took part in a seminar-meeting called “New trends in the organization of energy supply and development of the energy sector of iron and steel plants” of the heads and specialists of the energy service companies in the steel industry. The event was held from 22 to 24 November in 2011 in Moscow. It was hosted by the Corporation of Ferrous Metal Producers.

On November, 3d at the central office of the Group of companies “Mirrico" in a solemn ceremony the certificates of quality management system “Service of Drilling Fluids” of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 were awarded for the design, development and implementation of engineering support services for drilling fluids in their preparation, use, cleaning, processing, sale of chemical reagents for the preparation of drilling mud, as well as sales and engineering support systems cleaning fluid.

The staff of BU Service Water Circulation Systems and BU Oilfield Chemistry and Service took part in the 10th Scientific-practical conference “Modern methods and techniques of corrosion protection”, and in the 12th Professional Workshop “Methods of processes, materials and corrosion protection technologies” which took place in Moscow in October, 25-28th in 2011. The organizers of these events were: All-Russian Association of Corrosion “VAKOR”, Scientific-Production Association “ROKOR” and the Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry, RAS.

On August, 10th in 2011 in order to improve storage operations and optimization of operating costs Kazan warehouse of the GC “Mirrico” began moving in the new, more modern and technically equipped room. Now it will be located under the following address: ul. Naberezhnaya, 1, Kazan. Work on the transfer of equipment and production is scheduled for completion by the end of September this year.

In early July 2011 a subsidiary of the Group of companies “Mirrico” – LLC “Mirrico Service” - took part in the tender for the supply of turbulent viscosity reducing additives (TVRA), which was managed by OJSC “RITEK”. Their rivals were the main suppliers of TVRA in Russia - Baker Hughes and Koltech. LLC “Mirrico Service” has been declared to be the winner, despite the fact that they did not offer the lowest price.
