Product quality

In November 2009 OPU-30 LLC received Quality management system conformance certificate ISO 9001: 2008 with regard to manufacture of chemical products.

Quality policy within the enterprise is aimed at comprehensive compliance with requirements and expectations of the customer.

The following goals were set to implement the quality policy:

1. Manufacture products of invariably high quality and guarantee safety of the manufactured products, completely meeting requirements of the customer and mandatory requirements for the product;
2. Uninterruptedly improve quality of products and processes;
3. Prevent quality problems instead of eliminating them;
4. Maintain continuous cooperation with the customer in order to comprehensively learn all demands and guarantee high satisfaction with the products;
5. Maintain an image of a prospective, reliable and good-faith supplier of invariably high quality products;
6. Provide high social security of the personnel in the Company, steady psychological climate, continuously improve personnel qualification.
