About Oil and Gas Processing project

Decision to launch Oil and Gas Processing project was made within the strategy of corporate development of MIRRICO group of companies based on inter-industry diversification. MIRRICO group of companies provides different industrial enterprises with chemical services, including chemical treatment of oil emulsions and water cycles.

In the end of 2008 an analysis of prospective Russian industries was made in which it would be able to implement competences developed in existing divisions of the group of companies. Finally oil and gas processing was decided to be the most perspective one from the point of view of business development. Besides development of this sector is motivated by Russian policy and supported by the government.

The goal of the oil and gas processing project within MIRRICO is cooperation with oil refinery and gas treatment plants for achievement of higher quality of treatment and processing of the crude with the use of chemical solutions.

In February 2009 pre-project phase of oil and gas processing began, including marketing research, adaptation of some existing products, initial establishment of contacts with customers, formation of project documentation.

In 2010 the project came to an active phase:

• creation of own laboratory,
• employment of new personnel,
• broadening of contacts with oil and gas processing enterprises.

At present Oil and Gas Processing project offers services for the following oil and gas processing systems:

1. Main process;
2. Water cycle systems.

MIRRICO projections of development in the market of oil and gas processing:

• completion of certification of oil soluble corrosion inhibitors and depressors; 
• development of acid gas neutralizers, polymerization inhibitors, coke formation inhibitors;
• production testing and application of the whole range of chemicals.
• development of fuel additives;
• extension of the range of services
