Decleave coagulants, Seurvey flocculants
DECLEAVE coagulants and SEURVEY flocculants are used for removal of suspended solids and oil from water, and for thickening and dewatering of sludge.
New generation flocculants Decleave are designed for treatment of waste water and circulation industrial water of metallurgical plants, pulp and paper plants, oil refinery and chemical plants.
The chemical agents are effective within wide temperature range for accelerating sedimentation of fine dispersed admixtures and emulsion breaking processes. They are compatible with other chemical agents of “CG “Osnova” LLC.
Application of these products in contrast with traditionally used aluminum and iron sulfates allows to:
- reduce consumption of chemical agents by 10 – 12 times;
- reduce coagulation time by 1.5 – 3.0 times;
- virtually eliminate residual aluminum and iron in the treated water.
Decleave coagulants are normally injected into the inlet of circular and horizontal settling tanks both intermittently and continuously.
Decleave coagulants are referred to hazard class 3.
The products are packaged in plastic containers of different volume according to the customer’s requirement.
Guaranteed shelf life – 24 months form the date of manufacture.
Seurvey polymer flocculants are special chemical agents for efficient separation of solid and liquid phases. These agents are powdered water soluble polyelectrolytes with different cationicity and anionicity.
Flocculants are used for removal of suspended solids and oil from water of water cycles of metallurgical plants, fuel and energy industry, chemical and oil refinery industry, municipal services, pulp and paper production etc.
Seurvey flocculants are highly efficient for filtration, thickening and dewatering of sediments.
Application of Seurvey flocculants considerably increases capacity of horizontal and circular settling tanks, filter presses, vacuum filters and centrifuges.
Injection point is determined according to required optimal agents mixing. Water solution of the flocculant is injected into distribution chambers prior to clarifying (or thickening) tanks or into mixers of filter presses, vacuum filters etc. Injection rate is determined according to flow rate of the treated water or capacity of filters in terms of thickened sludge.
Selection of a Seurvey flocculant is carried out by CG Osnova specialists on the basis of characteristics of the treated water and technical conditions of the production.
Seurvey polymer flocculants are referred to hazard class 3. Use of respirators and eye protection is required while working with the dry powder. No special safety measures required during work with water solutions of the product.
The products are packaged in 25 kg net weight bags.
