Specialists of Water Technologies and Service Division have designed treatment facilities for the customer and started to supply the processing equipment to Alardinskaya mine (Kemerovo Oblast). Valves have already been delivered to the site, the transportation of oversized cargo - cases for the DYCLAR dynamic clarifiers - has started.

Vladimir Vasilyev, Director of Project Implementation Department, Water Technologies and Service Division:

— The reconstruction project started in 2018: then we developed design specifications and estimation documents and received a positive conclusion of the public expert examination of industrial safety. This year the customer started construction of treatment facilities according to the design developed by us and signed a contract with us for technical equipment.
The delivery of equipment to the site is complicated by the seasonal road closures in Kemerovo Oblast, as well as by introduction of limitations on the weight of transported cargo in many regions. Even so, we stick to the schedule promptly resolving arising issues.

Alexander Stepanchenko, Project Manager (OP Novosibirsk):

— Clarifiers used at the mine earlier didn't allow reaching allowable discharge rates for pollutants in the treated water and required significant operating costs. Equipment based on the DYCLAR dynamic clarification technology will make it possible to solve these problems ensuring not only high quality of treatment (at ultrafiltration level), but also providing economic benefits for the customer (small dimensions, minimal water consumption for internal needs).

Usage: for water pre-treatment (clarification), as well as for waste water treatment.

Action: removes suspended solids of various degrees of dispersion, iron oxides, reduces color and oxidation of water.
